Running and Stress Management
You probably agree when I’m saying running is one of the oldest sport exist in this world. Well, if you don’t believe it, you may confirm that with Adam and Eve when you die later. Or, in case you were such an ass hole, you may see Caligula, Dracula, or the Devil himself in hell later on. So, you could confirm that with them about running was being the oldest sport in the world, if you would be still in the good mood of course.
Running as a sport activity could give you many benefits. For example:
· your heart become stronger and more reliable in supporting your activities
· your lung could absorb more oxygen, increasing efficiency of your body metabolism
· obviously, leg muscles will become stronger
· and many more
Therefore, in case you have not included running as your regular sport acitivity, I would suggest you to start thinking about it.
In relation with stress management, running could also become your favorit solution when you deal with any problem. It is suitable for almost every situation. One thing you might want to keep in mind is that you may have to focus on the solution when you deal with any serious problem. But, no matter how serious the problem is, you must understand that you must be more serious in getting the solution. Running is one of the solution. So, be serious when you run! Run as fast as you can. Run as soon as you see problem. Run as far away as you can go. Do not hesitate, or you may end up being an unseccesful man.
Yes, running is the first thing you should do when you got a serious problem. But how if the company get collapsed? Or if your boss were fired because of it? Don’t care. It’s not your company. It’s somebody else’s damned company! It’s your fucking boss being fired. Not you! So, relax…!
From now on, seriously consider running as your favorit sport and constructive behavior, buddy. But, don’t follow this instruction if you don’t believe it. Just KISS…keep it simple, stupid!
