…Choose to be Happy: Choose to Surrender to God…
There is a strong connection between “choosing to be happy” and “choosing to surrender to God”. In many cases, I become unhappy when I don’t get what I want. Or when I don’t receive what I am expecting to get. In that very moment, by human nature the normal response would be becoming upset. But actually that is the test. That is the battle, The outcome will be simply one of these, either we surrender to our own will or to God’s.
Choosing to surrender to God’s will is not always easy. In fact in many cases that is difficult. Choosing to walk by faith sometimes does not feel that comforting. But for ones who choose to believe there is a promise.

8:26 Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God’s Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don’t know how or what to pray, it doesn’t matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans.
8:27 He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God.
8:28 That’s why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.
